Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of department heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably with international luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
