Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic hotel operations manager to oversee the daily activities of our hospitality business.

  • Supervise staff at all levels and set clear objectives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and allocate responsibilities to achieve maximum efficiency in our operating model.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial information, and monitor sales and profits to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our hotel services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and find solutions to problems.
  • Address maintenance issues, staff shortages, and equipment failures to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as suppliers and event planners, to drive business growth.

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of staff across various departments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
