Role Overview:

Omantel seeks a skilled HRMS specialist to manage and execute employee data updates and payroll calculations within the ERP system. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HRMS functions, supporting seamless operations by maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process updates for employee information, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
  • Calculate and verify allowances such as travel, acting, and training.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure all salary changes and adjustments are reflected before payroll runs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7 years of experience in cloud-based HR systems, including migration, integration, and security compliance.
