Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mobile Sales Promoter in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating mobile devices at retail locations, trade shows, and other events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A strong understanding of merchandising techniques and principles is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain product displays at various retail locations
  • Promote and demonstrate mobile devices at retail locations, trade shows, and other events
  • Ensure adequate stock levels by replenishing products as needed
  • Conduct regular product audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences and market trends
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
  • Attend training sessions provided by the training department to stay up-to-date on product features and benefits
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on product features and benefits
  • Participate in promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Provide customers with product information, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their needs
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners to increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate or high school diploma
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, mobility, electronics or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience is a must, with a preference for 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and principles
  • Familiarity with mobile technology and devices would be an advantage
