Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Compliance Officer within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Compliance Officer for 3+ years and be familiar with security tools and technologies (SIEM, DLP, IAM, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain operational readiness checklists for each project phase to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Create and enforce security policies for the ecosystem to protect sensitive data.
  • Align governance structures with regulatory requirements and compliance needs to ensure effective management.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and align workflows with compliance standards to ensure collaboration and understanding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the industry and establishing compliance and security frameworks within an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to conduct audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies (SIEM, DLP, IAM, etc.).
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
