Senior Marketing Executive Retail Engagement

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies that captivate diverse audiences, while maintaining strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of marketing principles, coupled with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. A minimum of 3 years of experience in events, PR, or marketing is required, along with a college or university degree in Marketing/PR.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Budget Management
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control budget expenditures, providing monthly variance reports to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Oversee customer service staff, providing training and guidance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Plan and coordinate special events, including consumer research initiatives, to enhance centre engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advertising campaigns.
