Marketing and Brand Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of marketing initiatives for a leading FMCG product.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on driving brand growth, expanding market share, and fostering consumer engagement.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the beverage market, including its competitive landscape and evolving consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging brand content, effectively managing brand reputation and stakeholder expectations.
  3. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  4. Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
  5. Campaign Effectiveness: Measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
  6. Brand Visibility: Drive increased brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events that resonate with target audiences.
  7. Digital Engagement: Design and deploy compelling digital marketing campaigns that engage customers, drive conversions, and foster brand advocacy.
  8. Retail Visibility: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across retail channels, maximizing exposure and driving customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful as a Junior Brand Manager, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing strategies, with experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage industry, and a proven track record in managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
