About the Role

We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about English language and literature, and has a strong commitment to education. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience teaching English language and literature to students aged 11-18
  • A degree in English Language and Literature or a related subject
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of curriculum design and delivery, and will be able to assess student progress and adjust their teaching methods accordingly. They will also be able to contribute to the development of the English department, including designing new courses and assessments.
