Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate portfolio management experience in consultancy or client capacity.
  • Train incumbent team in digital service deployment across portfolio, including software procurement, contract management, configuration and development cycles for Power BI, GIS and Autodesk Construction Cloud, hardware resilience, and on-site office specification.
  • Oversight of digital team performance and continued improvement in standard processes.
  • Provide training for team members to become self-sufficient in digital delivery across all seven future cities.
  • Presentation and communication with clients, City SLT, project teams, and supply chains.
  • Assess current resources on projects to ensure sufficiency to meet project goals.
  • Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills and experience of potential candidates for BIM roles.
  • Develop BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client's digital handover strategy.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of ISO 19650 and applicable standards.
  • Implement security protocols and governance processes.
  • Monitor digital handover to completion.
  • Participate in industry events to stay updated on latest BIM developments.
  • Produce Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) as per ISO 19650.
  • Research compliance with new regulations and governance.
  • Responsible for object library development and assurance checking of information model.
  • Reviews Autodesk Construction Cloud account management and stay updated on latest Autodesk developments.
  • Supports construction sequencing strategy using information models.
  • Provides training on databases, data analysis, template creation, assurance, COBie production, and other BIM-related topics.

  • Advanced understanding of Content Management Library Systems, Autodesk Desktop Products, Autodesk Cloud Products, Validation and Verification Tools, Visualisation Tools, Databases.
