Job Title: Flight Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training instructor to develop and deliver high-quality flight training courses, ensuring all training materials align with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver CAR 147 approved type training courses, utilizing CBT and other approved training devices to supplement theoretical elements of the course.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to schedule and organize training sessions, emphasizing safety protocols throughout.
  3. Conduct aircraft visits as instructed by senior instructors and utilize training devices to provide hands-on experience with aircraft systems and components.
  4. Compile and update course notes and examination question databank to reflect aircraft modifications and procedure changes, maintaining continuous validity of training materials.
  5. Prepare and conduct approved examinations, providing instruction on maintenance procedures in line with MTOE.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent qualifications such as EASA part 66 License or ICAO Aircraft Maintenance License.
  • Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Engineering/Maintenance or 5 years' experience in teaching in civil aviation environment, including 2 years' experience on at least one aircraft type.
  • Recognized Certificate of Recognition or equivalent issued by EASA/CAR 147 approved training organization for level III type training on at least one aircraft type.
  • Possess 'Instructional Techniques'/Train the Trainer course from an approved training organization.
  • Experience in Technical training with good sound knowledge of CAR 66 & CAR 147 regulations.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and efficient with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English (required) and Arabic (desired).
