
Training Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our HR Shared Service Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and productive learning environments for delegates/participants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programmes that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Analyse and improve training content and delivery to ensure maximum impact.
- Support distributor training coordination and monitoring to maintain brand compliance.
- Contribute to performance report analysis and action plan execution to drive business results.
- Promote staff and customer engagement activities to enhance overall experience.
Technical Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in training and development or a related field.
- Facilitation, Coaching, Influencing, and Rapport Building skills.
- Understanding of Learning and Development needs analysis and Courseware design.
Core Competencies:
- Enthusiasm and Client focus.
- Effective Communication and Problem Solving skills.
- Drive for improvements and Working with others.
- Business awareness and Planning and Organisation skills.
