Job Description

Mechanical Estimator responsible for ensuring the accuracy of equipment packages for oil and gas projects.

  • Review and analyze client requirements, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and other resources.
  • Analyze tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
  • Prepare datasheets for mechanical equipment based on tender specifications.
  • Create MTO/BOMs for packages using provided input and hook-up drawings.
About the Job

A Mechanical Estimator is required to close TQs/TBEs with clients and complete estimations based on closed TQs.

  • 12 years of related experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience in estimation and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards like API-537, API-521, and API-637.
  • An engineering background or equivalent role.
