Are you an experienced skin therapist looking for a new challenge in dermatology? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Advanced Skin Therapist. In this role, you will work closely with our dermatologists to provide exceptional care to patients suffering from various skin conditions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Chemical Peels and Facials: You will be primarily responsible for performing chemical peels and facials, utilizing your expertise to create customized treatment plans for each patient.
  2. State-of-the-Art Laser Technology: With strong experience in handling state-of-the-art machines, such as HydraFacial, silk peel dermal fusion, clear and brilliant laser, carbon laser, forma by Inmode, and micro needling, you will provide patients with advanced treatments that promote healthy, glowing skin.
  3. Critical Care Situations: In the event of an urgent situation, you should be able to respond promptly and effectively, assisting the doctor in case of cardiopulmonary resuscitation or other emergencies.
  4. Patient-Centered Care: You will work collaboratively with the dermatologist to provide patients with tailored services and treatments, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  5. Administrative Tasks: As an organized and detail-oriented individual, you will manage medical documentation, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Client Safety and Satisfaction: Your top priority will be providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients, while also exceeding their expectations with exceptional service.
  7. Aesthetic Procedures: You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in carrying out aesthetic cosmetic procedures, such as facial cleaning, comedo extraction, facial massage, meso-rollers, and more.
  8. Maintaining a Safe Working Environment: You will be responsible for preparing equipment for work, monitoring its safety and serviceability, and maintaining a clean and hygienic working area.
  9. Preparation and Monitoring: Before, during, and after procedures, you will prepare clients for treatments, apply anesthesia as needed, and monitor patients' conditions to ensure their safety and comfort.
  10. Infection Control: You will adhere to strict infection control guidelines, maintaining aseptic and antiseptic practices to protect both patients and medical personnel.
  11. Additional Skills: While not essential, experience in phlebotomy would be beneficial in this role.
  12. Comprehensive Knowledge: You will possess a deep understanding of psychosocial issues related to skin diseases and conditions, enabling you to provide empathetic and supportive care to patients.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Nursing Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university is required, with equivalent qualifications accepted as per Oman Ministry of Health guidelines.
  2. Certificate in Skin Care Treatments: A Diploma or Certificate in any skin care treatments, such as Cosmetology, would be advantageous.
