Dermatology Practice Director

Oversee the daily operations of a cosmetic dermatology clinic, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest professional standards are met.
About the Role- Provide strategic direction to the Clinic, setting up medical standards and guidelines that govern the practice of nurse and other clinical staff.
- Conduct patient consultations to discuss medical concerns and provide recommendations for services and/or products as appropriate.
- Maintain optimal usage of clinic equipment and ensure all procedures are performed by trained and qualified health professionals.
- A medical graduate from an accredited college or university with MD degree or certification from US, UK, or Australia.
- Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology is an added advantage.
- Nationality: Any European/Arab national.
- Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not necessary.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
- Strong experience in various aesthetic procedures, including injection of Fillers and Botox, Skin Booster, Hyaluronic Acid, etc.
- Previous experience in setting up cosmetic dermatology clinics, including services and operational procedures.
- Proactive aftercare approach towards clients.
- Direct communications skills, pre and post-procedures with clients.
- Charismatic personality, patient-centered approach, and high level of professionalism.
