Cloud Native Operations Product Manager role is responsible for driving the commercial strategy and marketing leadership of our cloud native operations product areas. This includes leading the lifecycle of product development, working closely with engineering leads to oversee product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address common challenges, conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback.

This role entails overseeing product development, reviewing priorities and goals, working with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, making informed decisions, and keeping business execution on track. Conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and gathering customer feedback are key responsibilities.

Key requirements include seasoned product management experience in technical domains related to open source software in cloud native landscape, experiences designing or managing software operations for large scale distributed systems, good understanding of cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker containers, comprehensive knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements, proven ability to lead technical teams, drive their execution to excellence, passion for writing about technologies, excellent communications skills in English, and willingness to travel up to 4 times a year.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, vision, and ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also essential. The successful candidate will be able to drive innovation, build high performing teams, and deliver results.
