Senior Manager, Corporate Tax Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic tax advice to clients on corporate tax planning, structuring, and implementation;
  • Manage complex tax projects, including planning and execution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize client service delivery;
  • Analyze and interpret tax laws, regulations, and court decisions to provide informed advice to clients;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal colleagues to build trust and drive business growth;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings;
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate tax consulting, preferably in the Middle East region;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advisory services to clients;
  • Strong understanding of local and international tax laws, regulations, and court decisions;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines;
  • Certifications such as CPA, CTA, or ATT are preferred but not required;
  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
