MPH Global is seeking an experienced Engineering Competency Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The Engineering Competency Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining technical training programs that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver technical training programs to train and develop engineers
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Develop and implement training policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • OPITO Certified Assessor and TOT certified
  • Expertise in engineering training and development, experience as a trainer and examiner
  • 10-12+ years of LNG experience with +5 years in technical training
  • Practical knowledge of technical training and engineering regulatory requirements
