We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

  • Responsibilities include analyzing existing banking systems and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and proposing innovative digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement BPM solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders from various business units to understand requirements and document business processes.
About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on the banking domain. They should have strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital solutions, as well as expertise in BPM tools such as Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM, or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
