Data Architect Lead is a crucial role that oversees the development of scalable data pipelines and advanced machine learning models.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or ML engineering, with a significant track record in leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the data and machine learning strategy, leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and advanced ML models, and mentoring a cross-functional team of data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in programming languages such as Python, familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, and experience with deploying, monitoring, and managing AI/ML models in real-time applications.

A strong background in designing and implementing data architectures and ML pipelines, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, is also essential.

This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
