Job Title

We are seeking a results-driven Trade Marketing professional to lead our product growth initiatives across the GCC region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and sales promotions, with expertise in category management and trade marketing strategies.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute national and regional product promotions to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Develop effective category and product planograms that align with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade marketing strategies that meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B marketing or sales promotions, with category management experience and GCC market expertise
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; computer literacy
  • Certification in category management
  • Key competencies include excellent communication skills, high numeracy and analytical skills, influencing and negotiating abilities, interpersonal skills, results-oriented, assertiveness, teamwork, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills, self-motivation, and creativity
