Senior Product Manager – VAS Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of individual or multiple products and propositions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telecoms products and value-added services, as well as excellent business and commercial acumen.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for gathering business requirements, writing business and technical specifications, ensuring user experience is world-class, project managing implementation and launch, and monitoring performance.

The role requires a visionary but pragmatic leader who can drive product direction and strategy based on quantitative analysis of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gathering business requirements and writing business and technical specifications.
  2. Ensuring world-class user experience across all products and propositions.
  3. Project managing the implementation and launch of products and propositions.
  4. Monitoring performance and tweaking products based on feedback.
  5. Quantitatively analysing results to drive product direction and strategy.

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in proposition and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent business and commercial acumen.
  • Strong planning and financial skills.
  • Team player with excellent customer understanding.
