Key Responsibilities
Promote a healthy and safe working environment through risk mitigation.

The Service Holder is part of the H3SE team focused on managing health, safety, and security aspects of the Project. Key tasks include:

  1. Interface with contractors, partners, and relevant authorities to identify and mitigate health, safety, and security risks.
  2. Develop and implement health, safety, and security management systems to minimize risks to an acceptable level.
  3. Liaise with contractors to establish documented health, safety, and security management systems with clear objectives, targets, and procedures.
  4. Ensure that contractors establish emergency response plans, including medevac and security protocols, aligned with Company's emergency response plan.
  5. Actively contribute to delivering the Marsa LNG project on schedule and meeting health, safety, and security targets.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in coordinating safety culture campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in executing health, safety, and security audits and inspections.
  • Well-versed in setting up health, safety, and security training requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate emergency responses and exercises.
