Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café, handling customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
