We are seeking experienced professionals to lead the development of a large-scale Government IT Platform project. This role requires strong technical expertise in software engineering, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensuring that it follows best practices.
  • Collaborating with vendors to develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Performing code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software.
  • Optimizing system performance, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
  • Maintaining industry-standard security protocols across all software components.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
  • Significant experience in cloud-based architecture, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • A comprehensive development roadmap and technical documentation.
  • Code review reports and performance optimization strategies.
  • Thorough testing and debugging results to ensure software reliability.
  • Deployment guidelines and support plans post-launch.
