Senior Software Architect Role

Description

The company seeks a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead architectural design efforts, research technologies, and develop prototypes. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in the IT sector, proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, and experience with relational databases, asynchronous programming, and full-stack development using React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).

The Senior Full Stack Developer will collaborate with software developers in daily tasks, mentor and delegate work, drive engagement and talent retention, and implement new ideas in cooperation with multiple teams. They will improve internal processes across teams, develop programming guidelines ensuring adherence, and maintain technical standards, quality measures, and customer standards.

Responsibilities include participating in technical discussions to ensure alignment, staying updated with emerging technologies and proposing innovations, and sharing knowledge and distributing responsibilities to mitigate points of failure. The Senior Full Stack Developer will also implement and refine testing, development, and release processes, participate in project ceremonies, and work within Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps approaches as required.
