Senior Full Stack Developer Job Opportunity- This position involves collaborating with software developers in daily tasks, mentoring and delegating work, and driving engagement and talent retention.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in development, lead architectural discussions and decisions, and take initiatives to improve or create new standards. They will act as a proxy between development teams and clients, working closely with software developers and other stakeholders.
A key responsibility of this role is to implement new ideas in cooperation with multiple teams, improve internal processes across teams, and develop programming guidelines ensuring adherence. Additionally, the Senior Full Stack Developer must maintain technical standards, quality measures, and customer standards, participate in technical discussions to ensure alignment, and stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovations.
The successful candidate will be proficient in object-oriented programming concepts, have experience with relational databases, asynchronous programming, and full-stack development using React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend). They should also have knowledge of algorithms and data structures, document-based databases, containerization, DevOps practices, and cloud-based services.
