As a Digital Solutions Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Intranets and No-Code/Low-Code Platforms team in delivering state-of-the-art digital solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across various business teams.

The team is responsible for defining standards of digital solutions, easing communication and collaboration between business teams, and offering secured access to Generative AI & Agents capabilities. Your mission will be to support this team in its objectives, dealing with projects and activities to deliver, sustain, and promote digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to deploy web digital solutions for business teams to improve communication and collaboration:

    • Designing and building solutions to meet business requirements

    • Involving relevant stakeholders from IT Teams and solution providers

    • Supporting teams to strengthen adoption

  • Animate the No-code/Low-code & Agentic AI community within the organization:

    • Managing the citizen developer community by writing articles and publishing content

    • Organizing training sessions and events on No-Code/Low-code & Agentic AI practices

    • Serving as a referent in the community to support developers and create simple solutions

  • Promote and continuously improving the service offering for Intranet and No-code/Low-code services:

    • Creating supports and materials to present services

    • Updating the solution portfolio according to life cycles

Requirements:

  • Educated in Computing Engineering or related field

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Strong interest in digital web solutions, collaborative tools, and Gen AI capabilities

  • Willingness to test and learn new digital solutions

  • Interest in app or website development using low-code tools

  • Able to work in an Agile environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, LumApps, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Office 365

  • Calm, pedagogical, and user-friendly mindset

  • Good team spirit and communication skills
