Job Title

Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms Assistant

Role Description

The successful candidate will support the Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms Services team in delivering, sustaining and promoting digital solutions for employees.

This role involves managing projects to deploy web digital solutions for business teams to better communicate and collaborate. Key responsibilities include designing and building the best solutions to meet business requirements, involving relevant stakeholders from other IT Teams and solutions providers, and supporting different teams to strengthen adoption.

Additionally, the candidate will animate the No-code/Low-code & Agentic AI community within the organization by managing the citizen developer community, organizing trainings and events, and providing support to makers.

The role also involves promoting and continuously improving the service offering for Intranet and No-code/Low-code services, including elaborating and maintaining supports and materials, updating the solution portfolio, and working closely with IT projects managers, IT partners, business teams, and colleagues from Global Infrastructure Services.

Requirements
  • Education: Computing Engineering School
  • Languages: English fluent required
  • Strong interest in digital web solutions, collaborative tools, and Gen AI capabilities
  • Agility skills
  • Technical environment: Microsoft SharePoint, LumApps, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Office 365
  • Keen curiosity, open-mindedness, and rigor
  • Pedagogical skills, calm, and user-friendly mindset
  • Good team spirit
  • Good communication
