Curriculum Planning and Execution:

• Develop lesson plans based on the Montessori method and age-appropriate learning goals to ensure academic, social, and emotional development.
• Integrate storytelling, games, and creative activities into daily lessons to enhance student engagement.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing individualized support as needed to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.

Student Development:

• Promote teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication among students through collaborative activities and projects.
• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns, providing suggestions for home-based activities to reinforce classroom learning.

Classroom Maintenance:

• Arrange and maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
• Ensure all teaching materials and equipment are used and stored appropriately to minimize distractions and maximize learning opportunities.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest teaching practices and Montessori techniques through workshops, training sessions, and school events.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any subject (completed in regular mode).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience teaching kindergarten students.
