We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a Kindergarten Teacher. The successful candidate will have a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional development among students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans based on the Montessori method and age-appropriate learning goals, ensuring a balance of academic, social, and emotional growth activities.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing individualized support and promoting physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
  • Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns, while also suggesting home-based activities to reinforce classroom learning.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating learning environment, ensuring all teaching materials and equipment are used and stored appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject (completed in regular mode).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching kindergarten students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational abilities and creativity.

Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: Approximately INR 85,000/-.
