Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Commercial department in implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and increase revenue. This role requires strong networking abilities, excellent time management skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and local distributors through personal contacts, telephone, and email.
  2. Supervise follow-up on order status and resolve any technical or commercial queries in conjunction with the technical/project team.
  3. Coordinate with the finance department for booking metals at the London Metal Exchange based on sales orders.
  4. Manage follow-up payments with the logistics department.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, or Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Over 10 years of experience in related industries within the Middle East.
