We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely payment collection and high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge through cross-departmental communication, providing expert advice to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Additional certifications in sales management or related areas are a plus;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.

You should possess:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking sales performance;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders;
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies;
