Job Title: Cloud Professional Services Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Services Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality cloud solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to deliver cloud solutions to our customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their cloud needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement disciplined engineering processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts & technologies, such as Kubernetes, Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of Linux and networking.
  • Experience in technical presales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion and a track record of developing and growing people.
  • Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring engineers.
  • Organised and able to ensure your team delivers timely, high quality results.
