Chef de Partie Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for presentation. Our team is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and plating design.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes to the dining area, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in daily inventory management, ordering supplies as required.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of classical cooking techniques and modern trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
