Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a luxury resort in Muscat, Oman. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase local and international cuisines
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and seasonal menus

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Proficient in menu planning, costing, and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Passion for food and creativity in developing new dishes

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Muscat, Oman (candidates from India preferred)
