The role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to deliver high-quality talent to the organization.","

Key responsibilities include: ","

  • Building strong relationships with clients and contractors to drive business growth","
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and market segments","
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, including onboarding and contractor care","
  • Providing local support to mobilizing and in-country contractors (meet & greet, induction, ongoing welfare)","
  • Coordinating with recruitment delivery teams across regions to ensure compliance and fulfillment","
  • Supervising and mentoring local recruiters, administrators, and PROs","
  • Managing internal reporting and ensuring all operational KPIs are met","
  • Promoting a positive and productive office environment with strong team engagement","
  • Leading local corporate responsibilities and client engagement events as needed

Required skills and qualifications:","

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, recruitment, or customer service experience","
  • Minimum 12 months in a supervisory or team leader role","
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 1+","
  • Previous experience growing an office/team and training staff","
  • Must hold a valid driving license","
  • Willingness to relocate or travel to Oman as required

Preferred experience:","

  • 12+ months recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Infrastructure","
  • Middle East or international experience is highly desirable
