Assistant Outlet Manager Role

As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all business activities to achieve optimum results.
  • Monitor F&B costs and implement proactive measures to enhance profitability.
  • Build a high-performing team through effective leadership, delegation, and communication.
Leadership Skills:
  • Develop and maintain a strong team culture based on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, providing employees with the necessary authority and resources.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to drive success.
  • Communicate the company vision and values to ensure alignment across the department.
Budgeting and Finance:
  • Prepare annual business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Technical Expertise:
  • Ensure adherence to established operational standards.
  • Work closely with accounting to develop and implement inventory procedures.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory F&B role in a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
  • Knowledge of MICROS or similar systems.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an asset.
