  • Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Develop and review comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced financial performance.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to financial reporting standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including audit schedule preparation and response to auditor inquiries.
  • Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

">
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; preferably with a CPA designation.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
  • Unwavering commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Upholding high ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting and business practices.
