The Facilities Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our facilities by overseeing daily maintenance operations and managing a team of engineers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that all facilities are maintained in excellent condition.

Duties:
  • Manage daily engineering needs, plan and assign work ensuring the right team is in place.
  • Develop your team through coaching and feedback, creating performance and development goals, and recognizing good performance.
  • Recommend or initiate HR-related actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Advanced vocational training.
  • Four years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent education and experience.
  • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields.
  • Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificates, licensed plumber, and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required.
