Role Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to supervise our construction site. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction team.

Responsibilities:
  • Construction Oversight: Monitor and control construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of construction professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is required.
  • Credentials: Membership in a recognized professional institution is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East oil and gas industry.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in facility maintenance and construction, particularly with live installations.
Required Skills:
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency with digital tools used in industrial construction and maintenance environments.
