Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role:

The Business Development Organization:

Our sales development organization is considered the best technology sales academy in the market. We recruit exceptional and ambitious professionals to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with a regional sales and marketing team to identify customer projects that fit our product lines and bring value to different industries and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat
  • Run outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Attend events and conferences around the world, promoting in-person marketing and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to achieve tangible results
  • Work directly with marketing on campaigns
  • Research information about potential customers
  • Identify market prospects and trends
  • Help define processes and policies for the team
  • Collaborate with new and existing clients, organize and participate in meetings and generate an account map to identify new business opportunities
  • Create, update, maintain and stay in touch with leads on global business opportunities
