Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, investigating losses, and managing policyholders and insured drivers. Key responsibilities include supervising motor claims surveyors, ensuring motor repair estimations are received from agencies and garages, and finalizing motor surveyor reports and repair authorizations within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

What You Will Do

  1. Provide top-notch customer service and ensure delivery of existing service level agreements and loss assessment of auto claims.
  2. Deliver exceptional assistance to insureds throughout the claims process while directing cases to successful resolutions.
  3. Oversee motor claims surveyors to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  4. Verify motor repair estimations are received from agencies and garages in accordance with the claims survey report.
  5. Meet deadlines for motor surveyor reports and repair authorizations.
  6. Efficiently settle claims in a fair and timely manner.
  7. Manage reserves for each claim accurately and promptly.
  8. Pursue essential claim documents aggressively.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with agencies, garages, and brokers.
  10. Negotiate cost-effective arrangements with agencies and garages.
  11. Convey valuable market insights to the claims manager.
  12. Establish the market value of damaged salvage vehicles.
