Engineering Manager for Cloud Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Field Engineering team in delivering exceptional cloud solutions to our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead a team of Field engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs.
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Must-haves:
  • • Strong technical background in cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, and Linux.
  • • Proven experience in technical presales, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and growing engineers.
  • • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and geographies, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
