Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring top-quality food, excellent customer service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all menu items meet quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.

Customer Service and Experience:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by training and leading staff to exceed guest expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a motivated and productive team.
  • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement staff development programs.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor restaurant expenses and sales performance to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Optimize labor and food costs while maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reporting.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Support local marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal menu changes.
  • Engage with customers through feedback programs and social media.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza chain.
  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control.
