About the Job
iSTYLE Oman is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional image of the store, promoting customer service excellence, and using product knowledge to achieve monthly targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a strong floor presence, driving sales, promoting customer service excellence, and attending to customers' needs;
  2. Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell, and deliver excellent product;
  3. Ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times;
  4. Maintain an awareness of all products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases;
  5. Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to communicated guidelines at all times;
  6. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in the receipt of stocks;
  7. Recognize security risks and thefts and handle situations as fast and professionally as possible;
  8. Conform to all policies and procedures, namely those regarding payments and exchanges, security practices, and loss prevention;
  9. Complete necessary trainings, enroll in training portals, and maintain the latest certificates;
  10. Actively seek inputs from customers, efficiently address complaints, and escalate when needed to reinforce service standards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's/Technical degree.
