Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve identifying and acquiring new clients in Oman, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing sales strategies to penetrate the local market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in Oman, focusing on our core services of supply chain management, industrial production, and logistics services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as retail, manufacturing, construction, and import-export.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Omani market, leveraging local networks and industry insights.
  • Global Alignment: Collaborate with our global team to align market entry strategies with company goals.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with local regulations.
  • Market Insights: Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences to optimize sales approaches.
  • Brand Visibility: Represent Logivo at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • IBD Support: Work closely with independent business developers (IBDs) to support sales efforts and streamline customer onboarding.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales, business development, or supply chain management in Oman.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the logistics, procurement, or industrial sectors.
  • Network Establishment: Established network of potential clients or partners in Oman.
  • Key Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently while aligning with Logivo's global business strategy.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
