Job Description

We are seeking a talented Creative Lead to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns and visual materials.

Your primary duties will include creating high-quality visual assets using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA, or similar tools. You will also align creative strategies with marketing goals in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring quality and innovation.

You will design promotional materials such as posters, brochures, social media layouts, invitations, and event collateral. Additionally, you will coordinate photography and videography sessions to produce high-quality visual content.

Apart from designing promotional materials, you will develop video and motion graphics content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. You will review and approve all creative outputs to maintain brand standards.

You will stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies. Moreover, you will manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure security and confidentiality of information and assets.

As a hotel ambassador, you will comply with social media policies and collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.

Additionally, you will prepare reports on campaign performance, track project specifications and deliverables, and research competitor campaigns.
