Role Overview

Iventom is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposals & Presentations Designer Specialist to lead the development of high-impact business proposals and visually compelling presentations that reflect our agency's vision, services, and strategic approach. This role requires a rare blend of strategic thinking, brand storytelling, design finesse, and deadline discipline. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—strategy, creative, client servicing, and leadership—to elevate our submissions for tenders, pitches, and partnership decks.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Deck Creation

  • Design, develop, and format visually engaging business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations across various formats (PDF, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Translate strategy and concepts into clear, coherent, and polished narratives through visuals, infographics, charts, and layouts.
  • Create reusable templates that align with Iventom's brand identity and voice.

Creative Storytelling

  • Collaborate with the strategy and leadership teams to frame compelling narratives tailored to client goals, RFP criteria, and brand tone.
  • Bring abstract ideas to life through impactful visuals and modular storytelling structures.

Design Leadership

  • Ensure brand consistency across all proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain a library of visual assets, icons, infographics, and design elements for reuse across proposals.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage timelines for multiple concurrent submissions, often under tight deadlines.
  • Work proactively to gather inputs, proofread, and finalize documents to meet submission requirements and quality standards.

Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Benchmark best practices in proposal design and storytelling across the industry.
  • Support the team in understanding client preferences and tender specifications visually and structurally.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal or presentation design within a marketing/creative agency, consultancy, or related business.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, with an eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and branding.
  • Ability to grasp complex strategic inputs and transform them into digestible and elegant formats.
  • Excellent time management, project coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with pitch submissions in the GCC, especially government or private sector tenders.
  • Familiarity with digital proposal platforms such as InDesign, Figma, or Tiled.
  • Understanding of Arabic language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
