Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frontend and Backend Developer to join our tech team. As a key contributor, you will create, maintain, and refine both our Flutter-based mobile application and Vue.js-driven web platform, leveraging your expertise across the full technology stack to deliver scalable, reliable digital products that exceed user expectations.

This opportunity suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take ownership of meaningful, end-to-end development tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Enhance and maintain existing features in our Flutter mobile app and Vue.js web portal.
  2. Analyze and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical obstacles.
  3. Design and implement secure and efficient backend services using Firebase Cloud Functions.
  4. Manage and integrate Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, Storage, and others.
  5. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to craft user-centered features.
  6. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with industry standards.
  7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated expertise with Flutter and Vue.js frameworks.
  2. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development methodologies.
  3. A solid grasp of the Firebase ecosystem (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Storage, etc.).
  4. Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile development principles.
  5. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments.
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web deployments.
  3. Understanding of backend architecture and serverless security best practices.
