Job Summary:
The Finance Associate role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in providing financial support and analysis to the business teams.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial performance, preparing budget and forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions. You will also assist in developing financial models and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement* Prepare monthly financial reports and analyses to monitor business performance against budget and forecast* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business trends and drivers* Assist in developing financial models to support business decisions* Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, vendor, customer, and intercompany balances* Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation activities

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant Commercial finance experience in a well-developed corporate finance environment
  • Ideally studying for qualification in one of the following international qualifications: CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or Graduate from top university or business school
  • B2B Distribution, FMCG and Retail finance experience a plus
  • Dynamic, driven and energetic
